CoolStreaming is a network founded in 2005 and its purpose was always been closely the study of innovation in streaming. We were the first to deal with this issue in 2011 that become a central issue on the internet (youtube, vimeo, Netflix,Hulu ...).
We want our platform will help all of you to look at what you want, but doing this requires a great effort for us.
While you visit our network we always try to make your experience on CoolStreaming unique, and for this reason we have created applications on many devices like the IPAD, iphone, tvsurf and many others in near future.
We want to clarify some points:
- This platform wasn't designed to see particular events in encrypted payment (football, NBA, etc. ..)
- This platform does not index streaming movies or video copyrighted
- This platform aggregates thousands of online TV broadcasters/Platform Tv (Example: Ustream,livestream...) that voluntarily entered streaming online.
Our effort is always in the direction of the publishers, trying to mediate your expectations and our "legal" limitations.
CoolStreaming aggregates thousands of TVs and for us take contact with any broadcaster in the world would be very difficult, so we filter and censor ourselves channels that could be "illegal", in particular pay-TV channels that allow the viewing of encrypted payment events .
Whereas the uniqueness of our platform, we recognize that a systematic and continuous control is impossible. For this reason, every publisher has the chance to report any problems via our support modules.

Only linking to a protected content, particullary new cinema movies, is not legal. Film with non-copyright or with other licenses have no problems with rights.
Watch free Tvs online is legal?
Yes. Many broadcasters allow online viewing of their channels.
Watching Pay TV channels online is legal?
No. Streaming pay-TV channels is not allowed.

- Questa piattaforma non indicizza film in streaming o video coperti da copyright
- Questa piattaforma aggrega migliaia di tv online di broadcaster/Platform Tv (Esempio: Ustream,livestream...) che di loro spontanea volonta' inseriscono il flusso streaming online.
Il nostro sforzo va sempre in direzione degli editori cercando di mediare le vostre aspettative e i nostri limiti "legali".
CoolStreaming aggrega migliaia di televisioni e per noi metterci in contatto con ogni broadcaster a livello mondiale risulterebbe molto complicato per cui autonomamente filtriamo e censuriamo canali che potrebbero essere di origine "illegale" in particolare canali pay-tv che permettono la visione di eventi criptati a pagamento.
Data la particolarita' della nostra piattaforma ci rendiamo conto che un controllo sistematico e continuo da parte nostra e' impossibile. Per questo ogni editore ha la possibilita' di segnalare eventuali problemi tramite i nostri moduli di supporto.

Il solo linkare a contenuti protetti in particolare film presenti al cinema non e' permesso. Film in no-copyright o con altri tipi di licenze non hanno problemi di diritti.
Guardare la Tv-gratuita online e' legale?
Si. Moltissimi broadcaster permettono la visione online dei loro canali.
Guardare le Tv a pagamento (canali pay-tv) online e' legale?
No. Ripetere canali pay-tv quindi criptati non e' permesso.
